  2. Remove food from plastic pouches, and place in microwavable dishes.

  3. Heat each product separately for 1.5 to 2 minutes or until hot.

  4. Take the flour and corn tortillas out of the plastic pouch, reheat them on a hot pan previous to serving (Never reheat flour tortillas in the microwave, they will become hard and chewy).

Tortillas. The best and classic way to reheat tortillas, is preheating an ungreased pan over high heat for corn tortillas, and over medium heat for flour tortillas. Once hot, heat each tortilla side for aprox. 40 seconds and then wrap them on a tea towel to keep them warm. Never heat flour tortillas in the microwave.

Guacamole. For best results in having a creamier and smoother guacamole is by squeezing and massaging firmly the defrosted pouch with your hands for 5 to 10 seconds before opening the pouch. Once the desired texture is obtained, cut a 1 inch corner of the pouch with scissors and take the guacamole out into a dipping dish.

Taco Filling. (protein, beans and rice) Once the pouch is defrosted, cut with scissors two out of the four sides of the pouch, and take all the filling out, then place it into different ovenproof dishes.

Hibiscus cold tea. Add 1 hibiscus frozen skull shape ice cube to an 8 oz glass of water. A sweetener of your choice may be added. You may also add all 4 skull cubes into a 1 litre water jug.

Cacao Mayan brownies. Defrost the brownies at room temperature for 30 to 45 mins before eating
